1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern the services provided by Vicky Wyllie Coaching, a coaching business registered in the United Kingdom with its principal office at Oakwood House, Merry Farm Drive, Plumley, Cheshire WA16 9TD.
By booking or participating in coaching services with Vicky Wyllie Coaching ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

2. Coaching Services
The Company provides professional coaching services in areas including, but not limited to, personal development, divorce coaching, separation coaching, life coaching, and relationship coaching services. Detailed descriptions of the services are available on our website or through other marketing materials.

3. Booking & Payment

Booking: Coaching sessions are available for booking via our phone, or email. By booking a session, you confirm your intent to engage our services.

Payment: Full payment for coaching services must be made 24 hours prior to the session unless otherwise agreed. Payment can be made via BACS.

Refunds: Once a coaching session has been booked and paid for, payments are non-refundable, except in exceptional circumstances, at the sole discretion of Vicky Wyllie Coaching.

4. Scheduling & Cancellations

Scheduling: Coaching sessions will be scheduled in advance, with the date and time agreed upon by both parties.

Cancellation by Client: If you wish to cancel or reschedule a coaching session, you must provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Failure to do so may result in the full session fee being charged.

Cancellation by Coach: If the coach needs to cancel a session, we will provide as much notice as possible and offer to reschedule at a mutually convenient time.
5. Client Responsibilities

Engagement: You agree to engage fully in the coaching process and be open to feedback, advice, and suggestions during the sessions.

Confidentiality: All coaching conversations and materials are confidential, as detailed in the Confidentiality Agreement provided to clients (unless otherwise agreed in writing).

Accuracy of Information: You are responsible for providing accurate and truthful information during the coaching sessions.

6. Limitation of Liability
The coaching services provided by the Vicky Wyllie Coaching are intended for personal and professional development purposes. We make no guarantees regarding specific outcomes, results, or achievements.

Vicky Wyllie Coaching is not responsible for any decisions or actions you take based on the coaching sessions.

The Company’s total liability in connection with any coaching services will be limited to the amount paid for those services.

7. Intellectual Property

All coaching materials, including documents, tools, techniques, and content provided by the Company, remain the intellectual property of the Company and are protected by copyright law.

You may not reproduce, distribute, or share any materials provided by the Company without prior written consent.

8. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of any personal or sensitive information exchanged during coaching sessions. The terms of confidentiality are outlined in the Confidentiality Agreement signed by both parties. However, the Company may disclose information if required by law.

9. Data Protection
The Company complies with the Data Protection Act 2018 and the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR). Any personal data you provide will be used solely for the purpose of providing coaching services and will not be shared with third parties unless required by law or with your consent.
10. Termination of Services
Either party may terminate the coaching relationship at any time with 7 days written notice. If you terminate before completing a paid session, no refunds will be issued unless agreed otherwise. If the Company terminates the relationship, we will refund any unused fees.

11. Changes to Terms & Conditions
The Company reserves the right to update or modify these Terms and Conditions at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website, and the revised terms will apply to all services provided after the update.

12. Governing Law
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales.

13. Dispute Resolution
In the event of a dispute, the parties will seek to resolve the matter through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved, it may be referred to mediation or arbitration as agreed by both parties.
